Return Guidelines

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • All labels and tags must remain intact.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of incorrect or faulty products.
  • Use a tracked and insured courier to avoid loss during transit; Unwind Leather is not liable for lost returns.

Refund Details

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Customized, sale, and discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • For customized items, we offer free alterations if you cover return shipping both ways (not applicable to promotional or sale items).
